NanoMi - ナノ美

An Open Source TEM, STEM and SEM Platform

Links to NanoMi at the National Research Council can be used to request blueprints and to learn more about the project.

NanoMi is an open source, modular TEM for ultra-high vacuum that we have built at NRC and are sharing with the public to promote microscopy. It is available to build, add to any system and modify. Feel free to contribute to the project; all that the open source license requires is for you to give back by adding any of your modifications and updates to the project. Keep reviewing the OSF website for new additions as we progress. Please contact NRC.NanoMi.CNRC@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca for more information.

2021-11-13 update:

Some of the software components are now publicly available for download from the GitHub link below. Feel free to include any of the components in your own work, own instruments and own designs. Blueprints are available on case by case basis. Please contact us by email or on NanoMi OSF site.

Software is covered by GPL v3 license.
